I have known Sheryl forever as we are family.

I have seen her dedication and passion for yoga in diverse capacities having started M Yoga Center together. She was an excellent, patient and wonderful teacher. I'm happy we got to work on our yoga teaching paths together.

 

Sheryl gives off of herself completely and you will most certainly enjoy spending time in her classes.  Now that Sheryl has her own studio, I wish her beautiful beginnings and a lifetime worth of fulfilling yoga teaching
