The good news is that I am running a 1-day face-to-face workshop, in a group setting (1 to many) at Soul Space, New Market, Brisbane.
​
This workshop has been carefully designed and sequenced to take you through a journey of peeling off resistance to touch base with your inner peace and clarity. This is what we call The Ripple Effect Project.
​
The 6 ripples in this workshop involve Grounding, Building Trust, Body-Mind Coherence, Let Go & Rejoice, Rewire & Imprint and Yoga Nidra.

Calming Toolkit – after the workshop You will have access to:
a) A Short-Guided Yoga Nidra audio to listen to before bed to set the scene for a restful night

b) A Morning Meditation – tone up your mindset for an empowered day.
Grounding:
10.00 – 10.15am
Here we will engage in a short grounding technique to get our selves ready for the day ahead. This will also serve as an icebreaker, as we begin to warm up to the rest of the participants. Grab a cuppa at the end of this phase and settle in for the day ahead.
Build Trust:
10.15 - 10.45am
In this phase we start by building trust with our own self and engage in the process of self-assessment on paper, with a carefully designed questionnaire. As we unpack, we ask: ‘where do I stand right now’, and identify 'What is my desired outcome'. The participant is not required to share the answers with others or with the host.
Body-Mind Coherence:
11.00 - 12.00pm
Through the integration of carefully designed yogic body movements and breathwork, the participant will experience the flow of energy within the body and a change in the state of mind via the Breath. No previous experience is needed here, as the body movements are non-challenging and are designed to activate your joints, internal glands and organs to allow the flow of energy. Once the body begins to feel aligned and the breath is regulated, the participant will be taught a simple Meditation technique which will allow instant calm to set in.
Let Go & Rejoice:
1.00 - 1.30pm
In this phase the participant will be taken through a guided technique to release stress, fear, worry, overwhelm and any such limiting emotions and feelings that ultimately lead to anxiety.
Rewire and Imprint:
1.30 - 2.00pm
At this phase in the workshop the participant will be ready to power up the mindset. At this precise point in time, we will begin to power up our Intention and begin to Rewire and Imprint the Brain. We will bring in the power of gratitude, intention and future belonging with an aligned state of mind, thus turning this into one of the most tangibly powerful exercises where we begin to shape our reality.
Yoga Nidra:
2.15 - 3.00pm
the final phase of the workshop the participant will experience the transformative power of yogic sleep. Here in the state of deep awareness the body and mind, experience healing and a complete nervous system reset. This technique is so powerful, that when done correctly 20 minutes equals to 4 hours of deep sleep. The participant will feel completely energised, lighter and tangibly stress free, while solidifying the techniques learnt during the entire day within the body-mind-spirit tripod.
