I'm Sheryl Slatter, a Certified Results Coach and practicing Yogi specializing in mindset and brain-based coaching. My passion lies in understanding the incredible potential of the human mind through neuroscience, beautifully integrated with my deep foundation in Yoga and Mindfulness.

My Journey

For over two decades, I've walked the transformative path of yoga—a practice that, in its true essence, means to unite or bring together the scattered mind with the body and spirit. My personal journey began with meeting my teacher Sri M in the early 2000s. Under his guidance, my cousin Shaila and I established our first Yoga Studio in Brisbane in 2011, where I had the honor of teaching until 2018.

My teaching has taken me across borders—from in-person sessions at the beautiful Phoenix Sculpture Gardens in Mt Glorious and events at Soul Space Brisbane, to online classes connecting participants from Holland, Norway, India, Dubai, and Australia. Each experience has deepened my understanding of how universal the need for inner peace and clarity truly is.

A Diverse Path​

My life has been beautifully diverse, spanning three countries and immersing me in varied cultures and mindsets. From small-scale companies to large corporations, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities that different environments present to teams and individuals.

Even with my academic foundation in Business Management (Bachelor's) and Computer Applications (Master's), my curiosity about the human mind and deep roots in yoga and mindfulness drew me to explore human potential while achieving practical results.

Working in the corporate world allowed me to share these practices with colleagues through corporate wellness sessions, and I witnessed how transformative even a few minutes of mindful breathing could be for busy, tired minds. We often forget to gift ourselves moments of quiet so our brains can recharge and reset. Taking deliberate time to check in with ourselves is the key to overall wellbeing and body-mind balance.

My Vision: The Ripple Effect Project

I envision integrating Body, Mind, and Spirit through powerful, transformative techniques including Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), all backed by a neuroscientific approach to maximizing human potential. This is what I call The Ripple Effect Project—where every transformed individual contributes to an expanding ripple of positive change in the world.
